ROT Rally

This past weekend we went to Austin for the Republic of Texas Motorcycle Rally. The actual rally is really not our cup of tea, but this was the first opportunity we've had to enter the '73 Honda Justin restored in a show. So, we trailered it out there and set up the display. It got lots of attention!

The only portion of the actual rally we participated in was the Parade. Apparently this is the longest, most attended motorcycle parade in the country. I believe it! People were lined up on the streets of Austin all the way from the Expo Center (~10 mi east of downtown) to Congress.

On Saturday we wanted a break from the motorcycle mania so we went to the lake with our friends. It was a fun weekend!
